H2yunshen Brand Delivery Service Procedure

1. PayPal has informed us that your payment has been successfully received.  

2. An email with the subject line "H2yunshen has successfully received your order. Thank you!" will be dispatched to you shortly. Please note that you have a 24-hour period during which you may reconsider your order. After this timeframe, we will not accept unconditional cancellations. We kindly ask you to take this into consideration.  

3. Should we not receive your email confirming the cancellation of your order within 24 hours of your payment, we will proceed to send you another email containing the shipping information as per the established schedule.  

4. We do not accommodate requests for specific courier service providers. Typically, we utilize UPS, DHL, and FedEx for our shipping needs; however, we may also employ alternative courier services and various transportation methods as necessary.  Shipping Cost: Normally 50$/Piece

5. Emails with title" Your order has been processed and arranged by H2yunshen." sent by us are deemed to be read by default. Consequently, your responses to our emails are of great importance. We encourage you to respond promptly, as this will enable us to arrange for our personnel to contact you swiftly to address any concerns you may have.

Tips: Please note that we are currently not utilizing WhatsApp for communication, and therefore, we are unable to respond via that platform.

Important Notice:  

We are committed to understanding and addressing the needs of each customer, while also respecting their right to make informed purchasing decisions. Our focus is not on rapidly increasing order volume, but rather on encouraging our customers to thoroughly review the information available on our website before making a purchase. To facilitate this, we have implemented a 24-hour hesitation period during which customer orders will not be processed. During this timeframe, customers may return items with ease. After the 24-hour period, once an order has been processed, we are unable to accept returns for items that have been used, in order to maintain the privacy of our customers and the integrity of our products. Generally, we do not support unconditional returns and refunds unless there is a mutually acknowledged quality issue. In such cases, we will gladly assist you with the return and refund process.
