Group Order Policy for H2yunshen Brand Wholesaler

We are pleased to announce the implementation of a new policy tailored specifically for our wholesalers, effective July. This policy introduces support for GROUP ORDERS, which are categorized into multiple tiers, each associated with distinct pricing structures. You may select your Group Order according to your specific requirements. The details of the policy are outlined below:

**Group Order Levels:**

- **AAAAA:** Minimum order quantity of 100 pieces, priced at USD 98 per piece.

- **AAAA:** Minimum order quantity of 50 pieces, priced at USD 118 per piece.

- **AAA:** Minimum order quantity of 20 pieces, priced at USD 128 per piece.

- **AA:** Minimum order quantity of 10 pieces, priced at USD 168 per piece.

- **A:** Minimum order quantity of 5 pieces, priced at USD 198 per piece.

**Order Instructions:**

- A one-time purchase is required, with full payment due at the time of order. We offer drop shipping to your designated customer address, which must be completed within one year. Please note that a separate shipping fee of USD 50 per piece will apply, and we do not cover customs duties and taxes.

- The payment pertains to the Group Order, and the prices under the Group Order conditions will only apply once the total quantity of goods for that order has been fulfilled. Should the minimum order quantity not be met, the pricing will revert to the nearest minimum order quantity tier. A refund will be processed for any excess quantity shipped, with bank fees being the responsibility of the purchaser.

**Specific Details:**

For **Group Order AAAAA:**

- Task Level: 100 pieces shipped (drop shipping supported). In the event that you are unable to fulfill the required task, a refund will be issued after deducting the cost of goods and shipping. The following conditions apply:

  a. If the actual quantity shipped is less than the AAAAA level but exceeds the AAAA level, pricing will be adjusted to the AAAA level.

  b. If the actual quantity shipped is less than the AAAA level but exceeds the AAA level, pricing will be adjusted to the AAA level.

  c. If the actual quantity shipped is less than the AAA level but exceeds the AA level, pricing will be adjusted to the AA level.

  d. If the actual quantity shipped is less than the AA level but exceeds the A level, pricing will be adjusted to the A level.

For **Group Order AAAA:**

- Task Level: 50 pieces shipped (drop shipping supported). In the event that you are unable to fulfill the required task, a refund will be issued after deducting the cost of goods and shipping. The following conditions apply:

  a. If the actual quantity shipped is less than the AAAA level but exceeds the AAA level, pricing will be adjusted to the AAA level.

  b. If the actual quantity shipped is less than the AAA level but exceeds the AA level, pricing will be adjusted to the AA level.

  c. If the actual quantity shipped is less than the AA level but exceeds the A level, pricing will be adjusted to the A level.

For **Group Order AAA:**

- Task Level: 20 pieces shipped (drop shipping supported). In the event that you are unable to fulfill the required task, a refund will be issued after deducting the cost of goods and shipping. The following conditions apply:

  a. If the actual quantity shipped is less than the AAA level but exceeds the AA level, pricing will be adjusted to the AA level.

  b. If the actual quantity shipped is less than the AA level but exceeds the A level, pricing will be adjusted to the A level.

For **Group Order AA:**

- Task Level: 10 pieces shipped (drop shipping supported). In the event that you are unable to fulfill the required task, a refund will be issued after deducting the cost of goods and shipping. The following condition applies:

  a. If the actual quantity shipped is less than the AA level but exceeds the A level, pricing will be adjusted to the A level.

For **Group Order A:**

- Task Level: 5 pieces shipped (drop shipping supported). In the event that you are unable to fulfill the required task, a refund will be issued after deducting the cost of goods and shipping. The following condition applies:

  a. If the actual quantity shipped is less than the A level, pricing will be adjusted to the A level.

**Payment Methods:**

a. Payments can be made directly on our website via a dedicated link provided.

b. Alternatively, payments may be made directly to our bank account, for which a Proforma Invoice will be issued. Payment should be made according to the bank account details specified on the Proforma Invoice.
