Return Policy
We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange your order, and we are here to assist you! You can initiate a return or exchange within 3-5 business days of your request.
Please keep in mind the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Returned items should show no signs of wear or use (they should not have been installed).
- Items purchased from our resellers should be returned or exchanged directly with them, as we cannot be responsible for those transactions.
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- We allow an additional day for buyers to consider cancellation before delivery. After delivery, any return requests must be approved by the seller upon receipt of the buyer's email request.
- Buyers should email us to request a cancellation or return. Returns will only be accepted after the seller has reviewed and confirmed the request.
- Returns will only be honored for genuine quality issues.
- Buyers are responsible for shipping costs for both sending and returning items.
- All items must be in their original packaging.
- Please bring all items for return or exchange to the designated warehouse as confirmed via email.
- Don’t forget to include the invoice as proof of purchase.
- Items that have been used and lack proof of a quality issue cannot be returned.
- Personalized logo items cannot be returned unless there is a genuine quality concern.
- Once an order is placed, buyers may email us to request that delivery be held until proof is provided.
- Any return charges will be subject to deductions for bank fees incurred through PayPal or bank transactions.
- These conditions may change if both parties agree to new terms.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus any shipping fees paid at checkout. Please note that if you purchased a redo, that item is also non-refundable. While we process refunds within 10 business days, please allow additional time for your bank or credit card issuer to reflect the refund in your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please reach out to us.
Please Note: We Do Not Cover
- Missing parcels or re-delivery fees due to incorrect address information provided by you.
- Delays in transit.
- Orders marked as unfulfilled or unshipped, which may occur during high-volume periods (e.g., holidays) or due to pre-orders.
- International orders held up in customs; we cannot be held responsible for customs delays. Please contact your carrier and pay any required customs fees. If you refuse to pay customs fees, we are not liable for any return-to-sender fees, which will be deducted from your refund.
- Items returned in unsellable condition.
- If you request items to be left outside your property and they go missing, this waives your right to any claims as per carrier terms and conditions.
Additional Information:
- We do not provide collection services for refunds.
- If you placed an online order through our website, you can contact us to cancel or amend your order within 1 business day (typically, we ship goods the next working day).
- Refunds will take 5-7 business days to process, and please allow an additional 7 business days or more for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
